Backing Up Your Data
Data loss, especially when working on projects digitally, can be a nightmare. Literately. After many years of an unorganized backup system, which gave me small one hour long horror trips while my pc did some lovely things like ~not recognizing my data drive~ or ~saying it was uninitialized for no reason~, I always strived for a better way then just occasionally copying all my stuff on external SSDs. That left me with a litteral box full of broken or at least weirldy behaving SSDs AND I DONT KNOW WHAT DAMN DATA WAS ON THERE!
And then, I finally sat down and found a solution that works for me, and maybe, it will also work for you:
rclone (+ Google Drive)
RClone is a "command-line program to manage files on cloud storage.". That means that you can hook it up to most of the cloud and data storage solutions (Google Drive, One Drive, FTP, etc.) and it helps you manage your files there in a very flexible and handy way.
