Unity - Introduction 02 - Project Management
The "Projects"-Tab
In the "Projects"-Tab, you can see all projects the unity hub knows about. By clicking on them you can open them, and using the three dots, you can manage them further.
On the top right, there also are the "Add"-Button and the "New project"-Button.
The "New project"-Button
This one is quite simple. You use it to create new projects. It will open a dialogue to setup a new project, but we'll talk more about that in Unity - Introduction 03 - New Projects.
The "Add"-Button
The "Add"-Button is used to add existing projects to your unity hub. This could be projects you downloaded, projects you moved from another computer, or projects inside a Unity Version Control repository.
The "Installs"-Tab
Here you can manage your installed Unity-Editor versions, or install new ones. For example, you might want a newer version, which you can download using the "Install Editor" button in the top right.
Or, you might want to add a module, like build-support for Android, to an existing install. This can be done by clicking the "Manage"-Button next to an already installed Unity-Editor, and selecting "Add modules".
The "Learn"-Tab
This tab provides a list of some of the many official projects or resources to learn unity. These include video courses, step-by-step tutorials, and full projects you can look into or follow along to create.
The "Resources"-Tab
This tab provides links to useful resources or pages like the Asset-Store, Unity-Discussions, or the Unity-Blog.
The "Licenses"-Tab
In here you manage your Unity License(s). This also applies if you use Unity for free, in which case you have a "Personal"-License.
From this tab you can add existing licenses or get new ones.
